Business plan and above. Off by default — enable under Settings → Modules.
Routes workspace email — reports, handoffs, approvals, notifications — through
your own SMTP server, so it arrives from your domain rather than Worksynk’s.
Setting it up
Settings → SMTP. Enter host, port, encryption, username, and password, plus
the from-address and from-name.
Test before relying on it
There’s a one-click test send. Use it — a wrong port or an app password that
was never generated fails silently at exactly the wrong moment, when a client
report is due.
Credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown back to you in full
after saving.
Deliverability
Email from your domain is only trusted if your DNS says so. Make sure SPF and
DKIM cover whatever server you point at here, or reports may land in spam —
which looks worse than sending from Worksynk’s domain would have.
Pairs with branding
Combine with White-label branding so client email both
looks like yours and comes from you.
