What a client sees

Their own projects and the progress on them. They do not see your internal notes, rates, budgets, or other clients’ work.

Branding it

With White-label branding on, the portal carries your name, colour, and logo rather than Worksynk’s.

Public status link

One project, anyone with the URL, no account. Simplest and least private.

Client portal

A client’s own view across their work, branded.

External member

An invited person with access scoped to named projects.
A public status link is genuinely public to anyone holding the URL. Use the portal or an external member when the work is sensitive.
