Code hosts

GitHub is a Growth plan module.
Link a repository to a project and commits, branches, and pull requests attach to the work they reference. Other hosts (GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps) are available through the same integrations page.

Importing from another tool

Moving in from Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or Zoho? Connect the source and import an existing project — issues arrive as tasks with their status and assignee mapped. Linked projects continue to sync, so a team mid-migration can work in both for a while without one drifting from the other.

Chat

Connect Slack or Microsoft Teams and link a channel to a project. The channel can receive lifecycle updates — meetings scheduled, files uploaded, sprints started and completed — and SLA breach alerts where SLA Management is on. Channels opt in per project, so a busy client channel doesn’t get every internal status change.

Design

Link Figma files to tasks so the work and the design that specifies it sit together.

Meetings

Schedule Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams meetings against a project. With the AI assistant on, a meeting can draft follow-up tasks for you to review before anything is created.

Email

Give a project an inbound address and forwarded mail or client replies land as work in the right place.

Webhooks

Webhooks are a Growth plan module.
Send signed events to your own systems when things happen in Worksynk, and use webhook actions inside workflows.

AI assistants

Worksynk can be connected to AI hosts — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and others — so you can ask about your work in the tool you’re already in. Setup is per-platform and lives in the app, under Settings → MCP, which walks through connecting each host and generates the credentials for you.
A connection acts as the person who authorized it and can never see more than they can. Grant read-only access unless the assistant genuinely needs to create or change work, and review connections periodically — owners and admins can see and revoke every one under Settings → MCP.
