Uploading

Drag onto a task or use the attachment control. Files are scoped to the project, so project access governs who can see them.

Storage limits

Storage is pooled per plan and shown against your usage under Settings → Billing. Larger plans carry more.

Sharing

Files inherit the access of the project they’re on. To share with a client, use the Client Portal or a project’s public status link rather than sending the file out of band.
