Package the deliverables
Assemble what’s being handed over from the project’s files and work.

Send a confirmation link
The client receives a time-boxed link — no account needed.

They confirm
Their confirmation is recorded against the project.

Certificate issued
A handoff certificate documents what was delivered and when it was
accepted.
The confirmation link expires. If a client comes back after it lapses, send a
fresh one rather than extending — the time-box is what makes the record
meaningful.
