# Reports

> Where the hours went, who's over capacity, what's unbilled, and what to tell the client.

Reports live under **Reports**, with project-level views on each project's own
Reports tab.

  Profitability, unbilled, and invoicing depend on the **Budgets** module and
  on rates being set for your people.

## SLA compliance

Where SLA Management is on, each project's Reports tab shows response and
resolution breach rates, open breaches, and average resolution time. See
[SLA Management](/sla-management).

## Reports that go to clients

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="AI client reporter">
    Drafts a status report from what actually happened — work completed,
    what's next, and risks — for you to review and edit before anything is
    sent. It never sends on its own.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Executive summary">
    A higher-level rollup across projects, exportable as a PDF.

<Warning>
  AI-drafted reports are a first draft, not a send-and-forget. They're built
  from your data, but read them before they reach a client.

## Your daily digest

Separate from reports, the digest emails you what changed since yesterday —
overdue work assigned to you, timers left running, budget thresholds, and
delivery risk on projects you run. Set your delivery time under
**Settings → Preferences**. A quiet day still sends a short "all caught up"
note, so a missing digest means something is wrong rather than nothing
happening.
