# Welcome to Worksynk

> Run client delivery — projects, people, time, and the reporting that keeps clients informed.

Worksynk is a delivery platform for teams who ship work for clients. Projects
and tasks sit at the centre; around them are the things agencies actually get
judged on — where the hours went, whether a deadline is at risk, and what the
client hears about it.

## Your first fifteen minutes

    A workspace is your company. Everything — projects, people, clients,
    settings — lives inside one. See [Workspaces and people](/workspaces).

    **Settings → Members.** Each person gets a workspace role, and separately a
    role on each project they join.

  <Step title="Create a project">
    Give it a client, a delivery status, and dates. See [Projects](/projects).

    Tasks carry a status, type, priority, assignee, and due date. See
    [Tasks](/tasks).

  <Step title="Turn on what you need">
    Sprints, time tracking, budgets, SLAs and more are modules you switch on

## How the pieces fit

## A note on modules

Not everything is on by default. Worksynk ships features as **modules** that a
workspace owner or admin enables under **Settings → Modules** — so you're not
carrying UI for sprints if you don't run sprints.

  If a feature in these guides isn't visible in your workspace, it's usually
  because the module is off, or your plan doesn't include it. Both are shown on
  the Modules page.
