# GitHub

Connect GitHub and link repositories to projects, so commits, branches, and
pull requests attach to the work they reference.

## Connecting

**Settings → Integrations → GitHub.** Authorize, then link a repository to a
project.

## Referencing work

Mention a task's code in a commit message, branch name, or pull request title
and the activity attaches to that task — so a task shows the code that
delivered it without anyone pasting links.

## Other code hosts

GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps connect through the same Integrations page
and behave the same way.
