# AI Client Reporter

> Weekly client status reports drafted from real activity.

Drafts a client-facing status report from what actually happened on a project —
work completed, what's next, and risks worth flagging.

## Cadence

Set how often a project should produce a report. The draft is prepared for you
on that schedule.

## Review before it goes

<Warning>
  A drafted report is a **first draft**, not a send. It's assembled from your
  data but it hasn't judged what a client should hear. Read and edit it before
  approving — that step is deliberate and can't be skipped.

Approving a report sends it; until then it sits waiting.

## What goes into one

Completed work in the period, what's planned next, blockers and risks, and
budget or delivery signals where those modules are on.

## Reporter vs. portal

The reporter **pushes** a summary on a cadence. The
[Client Portal](/client-portal) lets a client **pull** progress whenever they
want. Many teams run both.
